Learning never ends, when you’re having fun!!! 5 – 12 years

The Big Kid years are a powerful stage of growth, when children step confidently into their independence and begin shaping who they are as learners. They carry the curiosity, creativity, and social foundations built in their early years, and use them to explore more complex ideas, deeper friendships, and new challenges.

Their questions become richer, their problem‑solving grows stronger, and their desire to read, write, build, and create expands. They thrive when given both freedom and structure — a place where they can try new things, practice skills, and feel proud of their growing abilities.

Our Big Kid classrooms maintain a small 1:10 ratio, allowing children to receive meaningful support while enjoying a wide variety of activities. They engage in pretend play, art, building, and hands‑on exploration, while also participating in dedicated reading and writing times. We offer age‑appropriate literacy supports that help children strengthen their skills and feel confident as emerging readers and writers.

Big Kids enjoy plenty of art, cooperative and competitive games, and opportunities to practice teamwork, leadership, and problem‑solving. Our program is designed to support their social‑emotional, cognitive, physical, and self‑care development as they continue their learning journey with excitement and confidence.
